All prices are listed in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of order placement using the payment methods available on the website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Business Location:
Happy Clean operates from Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt.

a. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

b. Delivery Time:

• Cairo & Giza: 5–7 business days

• Other Governorates: 7–10 business days

c. Shipping Responsibility:
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but we do not guarantee delivery timelines due to factors beyond our control. Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the products are delivered to the specified address. Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the returned products meet the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

b. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees or applicable charges.
