Return & Refund Policy

·       The product must be replaced within 5 working days for the consumer and 10 working days for the distributor from the date of receipt.

·       Shipping fees are exempt from the customer or distributor in case of damage to the goods resulting from manufacturing or delivery.

·       On the event of return, the product must be in its original condition or be damaged due to storage by the manufacturer, delivery, or manufacturing, except for goods that have expired.

·       The value of the product will be refunded to the customer’s account (consumer) within 3 working days using the same payment method, and the distributor has the right to return the number of packages (or cartoons) replaced within two working days.
